After completing her Master's in Clinical Psychology from Pune University, she followed her passion for teaching for a year before joining Air India in 2003 as a flight attendant, continuing for 13 years

In 2016, she acquired various certifications to enhance her skills and pursued her career in training and education. Being a versatile, analytical, and hardworking person with a hands-on approach, she has helped clients build their body and self-image as an Image Consultant by bringing positive changes in appearance and behavior.

How we work

We conduct a thorough training needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and areas for improvement. We then customize modules based on these needs, using NLP techniques and the experiential learning process to facilitate participants' understanding and application of the skills.

Training Session Evaluation

We use the Donald Kirkpatrick mode for a training session evaluation, involving four stages as follows:-

  • Reaction of the Trainee - Thoughts and feelings of the participants about the training.
  • Learning - Increase in knowledge or understanding as a result of the training.
  • Behavior - Extent of change in behavior, attitude, or capability.
  • Results - Effect on the company's bottom line as a result of the training.
