Power Plays
Have you come across people who are in powerful positions, having fancy titles, earning lakhs and you feel intimidated by the sheer fact that you may have chewed more than you can eat??
We tend to have this image about people just by the title and assume that these leaders are well spoken, well dressed, creative, with a high level of intelligence and charisma. So you prepare and put your best foot forward though you have butterflies in your stomach.
When you meet them however, it turns out to be a different story and you realise that the fancy titles are just titles. Nothing about them is impressive and you ask yourself... Why am I the one with Imposters syndrome?
How many of you feel this??
My sincere request to all you wonderful people, do not assume yourself to be inferior to the ones with fancy titles.
Humbleness suits only people in power. If you haven't still made a name for yourself, stand straight and make yourself bigger than you are.
Do not shrink your yourself in your mind, because it will reflect in your body language and speech.
Make yourself larger than who you are and see the magic.
When your ambition is greater than your fear, your life will get bigger than your dream
